Krümel Cookies & Crumbs is looking for a friendly, reliable and confident Café Team Member to join our cookie shop & café.
Position: 120 hours/month
Start date: As soon as possible
What you’ll be doing:
- Making and serving coffee — latte art skills are a must
- Serving our cookies and other treats
- Welcoming customers and providing great service
- Keeping the café clean, organised and inviting
- Opening and closing the shop independently
- Helping with the day-to-day running of the café
- Working independently as well as part of the team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous café, bakery or hospitality experience
- Knows their way around an espresso machine and can make beautiful latte art
- Is warm, service-minded and enjoys talking to customers
- Is responsible, organised and comfortable working independently
- Can take initiative and keep things running smoothly
- Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work
- Is available for a flexible café schedule, including weekends
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who loves good coffee, great cookies and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.
