We made a gooey, fudgy brownie with walnut pieces. It doesn't contain any wheat flour, only buckwheat flour, which makes it perfect if you don't tolerate gluten. There's a splash of espresso in there, too!
Eat at room temperature if you want it soft and gooey, serve it straight from the fridge if you prefer it fudgey. We promise, it's highly addictive!
*It's baked in the same kitchen as all the other Cookies though and could come in touch with flour.
